Ingredients
- 12 soft slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls, split)
- ¾ pound thinly sliced deli corned beef
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese slices
- ¼ cup salted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. - Prepare the buns
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the rolls attached as one slab. Place the bottom half on the baking sheet. - Add the corned beef
Spread the corned beef slices evenly over the bottom buns so every slider gets a generous portion. - Layer the cheese
Place the Swiss cheese slices on top of the corned beef, overlapping slightly if needed. - Add the top buns
Place the top half of the buns over the cheese layer. - Brush with butter
Brush the tops of the buns generously with the melted butter to help them toast and turn golden. - Bake covered
Cover the sliders loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. - Finish baking
Remove the foil and bake for another 5–8 minutes, until the tops are lightly toasted and the cheese is melted. - Slice and serve
Let the sliders rest for 2–3 minutes, then cut along the bun lines to separate into individual sliders.
